VANDALIA — One person has been taken to the hospital after a head-on crash in Vandalia Monday evening.
Crews were called to respond to the crash in the area of Webster Street and Little York Road just before 4 p.m., according to initial emergency scanner traffic.
Lt. Sucher with the Vandalia Police Department told News Center 7 that one person was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation at this time.
