Miamisburg water and sewer projects are disrupting life for Riverview Avenue residents, who point to construction traffic, equipment and odors as reasons for the problems.

Residents who live on the road near the Great Miami River say smells from the work have penetrated their homes, as odors from simultaneous projects of the city's $69 million plan have seeped indoors.

City officials have apologized for the impact of the projects, which started in March and – in some cases – is expected to continue for two years.
