KETTERING — Kettering city leaders approved a plan to outfit members of the city’s police department with body-worn cameras.
City Council Tuesday evening unanimously approved spending $236,030 on 90 of the devices, which numerous law enforcement agencies across the country have increasingly turned to in recent months as part of an effort to increase transparency.
