Goodwill is hosting a “Stuff the Truck” event today at the Elder-Beerman at the Mall at Fairfield Commons to kick off the first day of the Goodwill Sale.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to noon, and feature a live remote with K99.1’s Nancy Wilson.
Customers who drop off donated items for Goodwill during the event will receive three coupons for each item donated.
The coupon offers up to 25 percent off a single regular price apparel item and 15 percent off on cosmetics and fragrances.
The first 25 customers who donate items during the radio remote will receive a $20 savings card to shop with during the Goodwill Sale on purchases of $20 or more.
Customers can drop off donations — which support more than 40 programs and services through Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley — at all local Elder-Beerman locations.
The Goodwill sale runs until Oct. 1.
