A woman in Harrison Twp., Brooklyn Leemaster, has been charged with child endangerment after her child fell out of a second-floor window, according to a Montgomery County Sheriff’s report.
The incident happened at an apartment in the 5100 block of Embassy Place around 4 p.m. Wednesday, according to the report.
Leemaster’s child was transported to Children’s Medical Center for treatment of injuries not considered life-threatening, deputies said.
Deputies said Leemaster’s house was messy and unkempt, including feces smeared on children’s beds.
A neighbor claimed Leemaster left her children unattended for about half an hour; Leemaster claimed she was only away from them for two to three minutes, according to the report.
