Springfield police are investigating a late Friday night shooting.
The shooting victim, a male, was taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center, police said.
The shooting was reported at Selma Road and East Street, but that is not where it happened. Police said they are working to determine where the person was shot but that the victim was not cooperating.
The injuries were not described as life-threatening, police said.
