A Riverside woman accused of driving while intoxicated when she crashed into a Jeep in December in Huber Heights pleaded guilty, according to Montgomery County court documents.

Baleigh Jo Collinsworth was convicted of two counts of aggravated vehicular assault Monday.
She faces up to 10 years in prison.
Two additional counts of aggravated vehicular assault and two counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol were dismissed as a result of the plea.
A judge scheduled Collinsworth’s sentencing for June 13, according to court records.

On Dec. 12 Collinsworth reportedly crossed the double yellow on state Route 202 and crashed in Jeep. The Jeep was then hit by a Dodge Avenger. Collinsworth and the other two drivers were injured in the crash.
