Dayton police said they found 274 capsules of drugs on a man they stopped for jaywalking yesterday on West Hudson Avenue.
Colin Maxwell, 42, is in Montgomery County Jail now on a felony drug possession charge.
According to police report, Maxwell had 233 gel capsules that contained about 30 grams of heroin in his jacket pocket.
Police also said they found a syringe in one of his shoes and 41 capsules with 7.8 grams of cocaine in the other one.
Police said it was Maxwell's third drug arrest this year.
