An OVI suspect crashed his pickup into bushes tonight near Kroger on Dorothy Lane.
Police were called around 6:45 p.m. for a single-vehicle crash.
The driver was not hurt, and police charged him with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Police said tonight that Tighe Stinson was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, but has since been released after posting bond.
