DAYTON — UPDATE @ 11:52 a.m.
Tracey A. Caldwell, 49, was booked into Montgomery County Jail on a count of felonious assault in connection to this stabbing.
The stabbing actually occurred in the 100 block of Indianola Avenue.
A 56-year-old man was stabbed in the back. He told police he was on a couch inside a home on Indianola Avenue when a woman stabbed him.
Caldwell was cooperative with police and said she did not stab him but she was arrested.
The man was taken to Grandview Medical Center for non life-threatening injuries.

Dayton police and medics have responded to reports of a man stabbed on Glenwood Avenue early Wednesday morning.
Emergency units were dispatched on the report around 12:35 a.m. in the first block of Glenwood Avenue.
According to initial reports, the victim, a man, was stabbed in the back by his girlfriend.
Dispatch records indicate the victim was transported to Grandview Hospital for treatment, but the condition of the victim, and the severity of the injuries, was not immediately known.
