Man indicted in fatal motorcycle crash

A man has been indicted on a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide following a fatal motorcycle crash in April.

Dorian Frazier, who was 22 at the time of the crash, has also been indicted on charges of driving under suspension and failure to stop after an accident.

The victim, Eva Brooks-Fletcher, 47, was on a motorcycle and died in the April 4 crash. Her motorcycle was left in a crumpled heap beneath the front end of the car driven by Frazier. Both vehicles appeared to be resting against or near a utility pole.

The preliminary investigation shows that the impact occurred in the intersection where Abbey and Brooklyn come together at West Third Street, and both vehicles continued west before coming to a stop.

A person who identified herself as a friend said Brooks-Fletcher was a member of the Queens of the Night Motorcycle Club.
