A 29-year-old man was indicted today in a child rape case.
The victim in the case is younger than 10, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
Darius Donald Dejuan Key is charged with one count of rape stemming from a Nov. 1 incident involving a 9-year-old child known to him, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
Key was arrested Nov. 2 by Dayton police and is being held on $250,000 bond in the Montgomery County Jail, online jail records show.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
