A man who was shot in Springfield Twp. late last month has died.
Todd Paul was taken to Miami Valley Hospital after he was shot in his East Possum Road home March 30. Clark County deputies responded to the home after a woman called 911 to say her husband was shot by her son.
Paul was taken to Miami Valley Hosptial, where he recently died.
The suspect, Larry Osher, 51, had already been indicted on charges of felonious assault and other charges. Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelley said the detectives will meet with the county prosecutor's office to discuss further charges.
Authorities said Osher had been prepared to engage in a shootout before his arrest.
