Man convicted of murder in 2017 Dayton shooting

DAYTON — A man accused of killing a 21-year-old Dayton man in 2017 was found guilty of murder.

A jury convicted Lance Irvin on two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault and one count of tampering with evidence on Tuesday, according to court records.

We are working to learn when Irvin is being sentenced.

Jesse Samuel Redavide was shot and killed on Nov. 14, 2017.

Redavide and Irvin were reportedly arguing on South Horton Street when the shooting happened.
