A Dayton man was arrested Thursday afternoon for failing to comply with a police order and drug trafficking.
Just before 4:30 p.m. officers attempted to stop Joshua R. Hurwitz, 29, who was driving in the 1600 block of Tuttle Road, but he fled from the scene, according to a police report. The officers later tracked him down and charged Hurwitz with drug trafficking. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
