A 40-year-old man was arrested after police said they found him performing a sex act on himself on an outdoor patio.
Officers responded to the 700 block of Wittelsbach Drive at The Residenz apartment complex on Sunday after receiving a report of the alleged incident.
The officer that responded found the man, Geoffrey Thompson, sitting in a chair on the outdoor patio in view of the surrounding area, according to officers.

Thompson was arrested and transported to the Kettering City Jail on a public indecency charge.
