Edward C. Hildebrand II, 68, was arrested Thursday morning in Fairborn and booked into Montgomery County Jail at 11:15 a.m. the same day.
According to records, Hildebrand is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

A 68-year-old Huber Heights man was indicted today on multiple sex charges involving underage girls.
Edward C. Hildebrand II is charged with rape, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, attempted gross sexual imposition and three counts of gross sexual imposition, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released today.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Hildebrand, who is ordered to appear May 12 for arraignment.
The case against Hildebrand involves four teenage girls known to him and stems from incidents that happened beginning in May 2013 at his Huber Heights home, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
