Dayton man charged in Amar India break-in in Butler Twp.

A Dayton man is accused of breaking into Amar India restaurant on Miller Lane in Butler Twp.

Mark A. Lairmore, 49, is charged with breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools in connection to the July 16 incident at the restaurant, 7070 Miller Lane, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Wednesday.

A Vandalia police officer spotted Lairmore, who matched the break-in suspect’s description, walking on North Dixie Drive. Butler Twp. police identified Lairmore as the suspect, and he reportedly was found in possession of stolen property.

Lairmore is ordered to appear Tuesday for arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
