GERMANTOWN — The popular Germantown Pretzel Festival has been canceled for 2020 due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic.
The event was scheduled from September 26 and 27.

The festivals’ president Susan Miller, made the announcement yesterday on Facebook saying " This was a hard thing to do, but we really had no choice.”
“There is no way to maintain social distancing and keep everyone safe,” she added.
The event remains on the calendar for next year and the committee looks forward to celebrating in 2021.
