Woman found dead in Xenia apartment; police investigating

XENIA — A deceased female was found in an apartment complex in Xenia around 7 p.m. Saturday when officers arrived after receiving a report of a possible dead body, according to the Xenia Police Department.

Kimberly Megnin, 33, was found dead in an apartment located in the 800 block of Cincinnati Avenue.

Investigators are currently unable to identify how the woman died.

“There was no obvious reason or explanation for the death,” a release from Xenia police said.

The person who called 911 did not identify themselves.
