Operation Cover-up: Miami County deputies collect coats for children

The Miami County Sheriff’s Office has launched its 29th annual Operation Cover-Up to collect gently used winter coats for children in need.

The coats can be dropped off at Sunset Cleaners in Troy, Piqua and West Milton, which will clean the coats.

The deadline to drop off winter coats is Oct. 25, and they will be distributed from 9 to 11 a.m. Nov. 2 at the Miami County Fairgrounds.
