Firefighters respond to truck fire in Springfield

Firefighters put out a truck fire in Springfield Sunday afternoon.

Crews responded to Dayton Road around 12:15 p.m.

Citizens attempted to put the flames out with an extinguisher but were unable to, said firefighters on scene.

No one was hurt and firefighters said they do not know the cause of the fire.
