HUBER HEIGHTS — A man apparently was so intoxicated he did not realize he had exposed himself and urinated all over the floor in front of other customers at Taco Bell.
Police were called at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday to the fast-food eatery, 6500 Brandt Pike, where they found the man, identified as 35-year-old Matthew Carnicom, leaning with his head down on a wall in the center of the restaurant.

Police said Carnicom could not answer questions properly and could not stand without swaying, which medics determined was related to alcohol only, the Huber Heights police report stated.
Carnicom told police he drank too much, and that he “did not even realize he had urinated on the floor and could not remember his own address,” police said.

Police arrested him and charged him with public indecency, disorderly conduct and possession of drugs, all misdemeanors, because they also reported finding a small jar of marijuana and a marijuana pipe in Carnicom's bookbag.
He posted bond and was released Wednesday from the Montgomery County Jail. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in the Municipal Court of Montgomery County, Eastern Division, according to online court records.
