A motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car this morning.
Emergency crews responded to the crash on Union Airpark Boulevard near Jackson Road around 6 a.m.
They say the motorcyclist suffered head and neck injuries.
The driver of the car will be cited for failure to yield.
The names of the people involved were not immediately released.
