Miley Cyrus' brother tossed from Cincinnati-area bar over tattoos

More drama coming from the Cyrus family, this time from brother Trace.

The tattooed Kentucky native says he was denied entry to a Newport on the Levee bar because of his tattoos.

The older brother to Miley Cyrus took to social media about the Friday incident. In this post, he implores fans to call the restaurant and chastise the manager for not allowing Cyrus in.

The bar’s dress code, posted on their website and below, indicates they reserve the right to refuse entry to any person.

All hats must be straight forward/backward

All loose neck jewelry must be tucked in

No men’s sleeveless shirts/tank tops

No wave-caps/headbands

No bandannas

No athletic jerseys (except collared jerseys)

No jump suits/athletic wear

No baggy clothing

No exposed men’s underwear

No sunglasses after sunset

No hoods pulled over head

*Home and Away Jerseys allowed on game day only*

*Brothers will prohibit clothing or jewelry which poses a safety risk to their customers or employees. You may not modify your wardrobe at time of entry to meet the dress code.
