Firefighters in Huber Heights requested a hazmat crew to dispose a suspected bottle bomb found on Greydale Drive.
Fire crews were first called out on around 1 a.m. Tuesday to the 7300 block of Greydale Drive when neighbors reported hearing small explosions.
Police say they found a depressurized bottle, but requested regional hazmat team to dispose of the bottle.
The bottle was safely collected by a member of the hazmat team and will be kept by the Huber Heights Fire Department until the Ohio EPA can send a represenative to take the bottle and safely dispose of it.
Police say they did not evacuate any residents and there was no indication of any danger to nearby homes.
