Wires reported down at East Spring Valley and Rooks Road in Washington Township.

@4:10 a.m.

Two semis became stuck in deep mud after sliding off SR 503 in Preble County. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers said the semi-truck drives reported very heavy rain at the time they slid off the road. One truck was carrying cattle. The second truck was hauling food. Troopers called in heavy duty tow trucks to help pull the semis out of the mud.
