Trotwood vacant house sustains heavy fire damage

UPDATE @ 9 p.m.:

A vacant house sustained significant fire damage.

Firefighters were called just before 7:30 p.m. to an unoccupied home in the 4400 block of Engleka Court in Trotwood.

The cause of the blaze at the single-story house is under investigation.

FIRST REPORT

Heavy smoke was showing from house fire.

Crews were called at 7:25 p.m. to the 4400 block of Engleka Court.

Firefighters had the fire under control by 7:45 p.m.

No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
