Dayton Public Schools is making it easy for parents of preschool-age children to sign up now for fall classes, and get a free physical and dental screening.
A DPS Preschool Fair will be held today (Tuesday, May 12) at Kiser PreK-8 School at 1401 Leo St. from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Attendees will learn about the preschool programs and take home gift bags with learning materials and toys for preschoolers. Those who want a free screening need to register in advance at 542-4390.
Families also will be able to enroll on site to secure their seat for the 2015-16 school year. Families need to bring the following documents with them to the event:
Child’s birth certificate
Picture ID
Proof of residency (dated within last 60 days)
Legal custody documentation (if applicable)
Completed shot record (Must follow state immunization schedule)
