I-70 WB ramp to I-75 NB closed for repairs today

The ramp from I-70 West to I-75 North will be shut down today from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to accommodate repairs to the guardrail, according to a release from the Ohio Department of Transportation.

FIRST REPORT July 13

The ramp from I-70 West to I-75 North is closed after a dump truck went out of control and crashed into the guardrail.

The crash happened around 2:20 p.m., shortly after a crash shut down the eastbound lanes of I-70.

There were no reported injuries.

The Ohio Department of Transportation will need to make repairs after the truck left a mangled guardrail.

At 3 p.m., a tow truck was on scene to remove the dump truck from the roadway.
