Suspects sought after bricks thrown at cars

Police are looking for three people who reportedly threw bricks at vehicles in Dayton early Wednesday morning.

A woman told police she was traveling southbound on Troy Street near Stanley Avenue when three unknown males threw an object at her car, according to a Dayton police report. The victim told police the incident happened near the trailer park in the 2300 block of Troy Street.

A short time later, police responded to a similar complaint. A man and woman told police there were three subjects standing in the middle lot of the trailer park, and they started throwing bricks at their vehicle. The subjects then took off running.

The vehicle sustained damage to the passenger door, the top of the front right panel, the hood and the passenger side mirror.

No one was injured, and police were not able to locate the subjects.
