When police arrived at the scene they noticed that several shots had been fired, and they found the victim, a juvenile male, in the backyard of the home, said Sgt. Charles Anderson of the Dayton Police Department.
First take:
One person was taken to a local hospital after being shot in the 1200 block of Randolph Street.
Dayton police responded shortly before 11 a.m.
The male victim was shot in the lower back, according to police.
