Centerville student accused of bringing knives to school

A 14-year-old Centerville High School student was arrested for aggravated menacing and conveying a deadly weapon onto school grounds Friday morning, according to police.

Centerville Officer John Davis said the student was in possession of two kitchen knives when he was involved in some sort of argument with another student. During the argument the student threatened to fight another student and also threatened to kill them, Davis said.

Centerville police responded to the scene and transported the student to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.
