Car crashes into RTA bus, flees scene

The driver of a car that crashed into a RTA bus in Moraine fled the scene and was taken into custody in Dayton.

Police said a Dodge Charger crashed into the rear of an RTA bus on Alex Bell Road in Moraine and then fled the scene early Thursday morning.

Police attempted to stop the vehicle on Guthrie Road using Stop Sticks, but the car was able to continue on.

The man was eventually subdued and taken into custody on Gettysburg Avenue.
