Lockington firefighters respond on foot to Museum Trail house fire

LOCKINGTON — Lockington firefighters only had to go across the street from their fire station to get to an afternoon fire in their community.

What was ablaze today is what was left from a house fire on Museum Trail back in 2014.....6 years ago.

The heat from today’s fire did minor damage to a home next door to the burning debris.

Today’s fire is suspicious, said the Lockington Fire Chief, as the investigation into today’s fire continues.
