Reports: 1 injured after fire breaks out at Riverside home

RIVERSIDE — One person reportedly suffered burn injuries after firefighters were called to battle a house fire in Riverside Thursday afternoon, according to initial reports.

Crews were called to the house in the 4500 block of Fair Park Avenue in Riverside around 1:30 p.m. and reported heavy smoke and flames were coming from the structure, according to initial reports.

The occupants were able to evacuate the house before firefighters arrived on scene. However one person reportedly suffered burns and was being checked by medics on scene, emergency scanner traffic indicates.
