NEW LEBANON — A barn was destroyed after it went up in flames in New Lebanon Saturday evening.
Firefighters were called to battle the fire in the area of Sheep Road and Old Dayton Road just after 4 p.m., according to initial reports.

According to fire crew on scene with the New Lebanon Fire Department, the barn was heavily involved upon arrival. Mutual aid was requested to help extinguish the flames.
News Center 7 crew is working to learn if there were any animals in the barn when the fire broke out, or if any injuries were reported.
