Fiona fan? Now there’s a Christmas sweater for you

CINCINNATI — There's nothing ugly about Cincy Shirts' latest Christmas sweater.

The company Wednesday unveiled a design featuring beloved baby hippo Fiona in front of a background of Cincinnati landmarks, including the Scripps Center, reports our news partner WCPO-TV.

The faux-cross stitch design includes a pair of banners proclaiming "I want a hippopotamus for Christmas," which is probably a common holiday wish in Cincinnati.

It is also, however deeply inadvisable. If you've got Fiona fever, you're much better off getting yourself a cute sweater than adopting a wild animal whose bite exerts 2,000 pounds of force.

Even though she is super cute.

Proceeds from sales will go to the Cincinnati Zoo and Team Fiona fund.
