DAYTON — A man wanted by local law enforcement, and considered armed and dangerou, has been indicted in two separate crimes in the Dayton area.
Re'shawn Mize was indicted Tuesday by a Montgomery County Grand Jury Tuesday for the shooting of Deonte McIntyre at the Olive Hills Apartments in Jefferson Twp. in April of this year. McIntyre was shot in the neck and stomach during the incident.
Mize was also indicted Tuesday on two counts of aggravated robbery for a separate crime-a robbery that occurred in June of 2016. We are working to obtain details of that crime.
