Man, woman face criminal charges after having sex in vehicle while children watch

DAYTON — A man and woman are facing criminal charges after having sex in the back of vehicle while young children nearby watched, according to city officers. 
Dayton police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Wayne Avenue around 1:47 p.m. on Monday for a reported sex offense, according to a city police incident report.

Police reported Marissa Ball, 21, and Josh Schell,27, were found naked in the rear of a Jeep.

“Officer Hubbard knocked on the window of the Jeep and both individuals jumped as if they were startled,” Dayton Police Officer John Griffin wrote. “When I arrived Officer Hubbard informed me both individuals were now putting their clothes back on.”

Police told Ball and Schell they would be getting a summons in the mail for public indecency, according to the incident report.

“In a window right next to where the Jeep was parked was a young boy and a young girl who appeared to be about five years old and was watching what was going on,” Griffin wrote.
