A 43-year-old man is facing sex charges involving a juvenile for alleged incidents that happened over a period of five years.
Eric J. Massie was arrested Friday after the juvenile victim came forward with the allegations, according to Troy police.
Massie is being held in the Miami County Jail on suspicion of rape and gross sexual imposition.
He is scheduled to appear Monday for an arraignment in Miami County Municipal Court.
