WPAFB Wednesday Weather: Clear skies, chilly temps expected for holiday travel

WRIGHT PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE—It will be quite chilly on this busy travel day, but it should be dry, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

Temperatures will only reach into the upper 30s for highs with wind chills staying in in the upper 20s for much of the day. Clear skies and chilly temperatures are expected tonight with lows in the middle 20s. A warming trend will get underway with a mix of sun and clouds Thanksgiving day with highs in the lower 40s.

Dry weather will stick around Friday into the weekend with highs near 50 degrees Friday and Saturday, but falling Saturday afternoon as another blast of cold air arrives.
