A light slushy accumulation is possible early across the far north with little or no accumulation expected elsewhere. There will be a lull in the precipitation midday through mid-afternoon with a chance for a few rain showers redeveloping in the early evening as gusty winds pick up.

Any passing rain showers will change to flurries Friday night as temperatures fall rapidly from the lower 40s into the lower 30s late in the day.
