Series history: Tied 1-1. Dayton lost 68-59 on March 15, 2002, and won 81-60 on Nov. 18, 2005. Both games took place at UD Arena. Dayton is 55-13 against the Ohio Valley Conference.
Coaches: Anthony Grant is 3-4 as Dayton head coach. His career record in 10 seasons is 196-114. Steve Payne 98-99 in his seventh season at Tennessee Tech.
Last games: Dayton lost 61-59 at Mississippi State on Sunday. Tennessee Tech lost 61-50 at Furman on Dec. 2.
