That leaves him one shy of the single-season record of five Big Ten O.P.O.W. honors set by Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith in 2006.

Smith won the Heisman Trophy that season.

The odds Haskins does that got longer in the past week, at least according to the folks at Bovada.

Their newest adds favor Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (2/3) while Haskins is getting 9/2 and Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray is at 7/1.

Last week, Haskins was getting odds of 15/4 while Tagovailoa was at 10/11.

Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins was getting 200/1 odds last week but is off the board this week.

Alabama is the current favorite to win the College Football Playoff with odds of 5/7.

Next are Ohio State, Clemson and Georgia at 15/2 while Notre Dame is at 12/1 and Michigan is at 30/1.
