— DeShone Kizer had a rough day in the Browns’ 31-28 loss to the Colts Sunday. But in his postgame press conference, he made one thing clear.
Responding to President Donald Trump’s comments referring to kneeling NFL players as a “son of a bitch,” Kizer said it’s a tragedy that the discussion is taking place.
Kizer added, “I’m no son of a bitch.”
Over 20 Browns knelt during the national anthem in protest of the President’s comments Sunday. Beginning last season, some players have knelt as a protest to issues of police brutality. Colin Kaepernick was the first to protest and others have followed.
