WPAFB Wednesday Forecast: Chilly start, breezy with scattered clouds today

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE — Chilly temperatures will start the day with readings expected to be in the middle 20s with wind chills in the upper teens, said Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

Expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs rebounding to near 40 degrees. However, breezy conditions through the day will make it feel colder.

Scattered clouds will linger tonight before clearing Thursday. Lots of sunshine is expected Thursday into Friday, but a reinforcing shot of arctic air will hold temperatures into the lower 30s with overnight lows dipping into the upper teens by Friday morning.
