Meteorologist Kirstie Zontini looks at how hot and muggy we get and how to stay safe.

Another round of 90 degree days will arrive just in time for Father's Day weekend, said Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Kirstie Zontini.

Saturday and Sunday are both expected to be in the 90s. Unfortunately, the weekend will also be very humid. Dew point temperatures will climb to almost 70 degrees, at that level you will notice the stickiness in the air. Despite the increase in heat and humidity, skies stay dry all weekend.

Saturday: Sunny, hot and humid with a high around 90 degrees. Heat index or “feels like" values will be in the low 90s. The UV Index will be very high.

Sunday: Sun and clouds. Still hot and humid. Highs in the low 90s. Heat index or “feels like" values around 100 degrees. The UV Index will again be very high.

Heat index values between 90-103 degrees allow for a higher risk of heat related illness like heat cramps, heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Stay cool this weekend, drink plenty of water and take breaks from the sun to prevent any heat related illness.
