Oregon District, Dayton, Ohio — During a press conference Tuesday, Dayton police released additional information about where Oregon District mass shooter Connor Betts was at various points that night.
News Center 7’s Sean Cudahy walked the shooter’s path in the video above, to give viewers a sense of how exactly the shooting was carried out.
Betts began the evening by visiting various establishments, before returning to his car to change clothes and retrieve a backpack, then returning to the shops to carry out the shooting.
