Construction worker sentenced to life in prison for sexually abusing ex-girlfriend’s daughter

WACO, Texas — It took about 30 minutes for jurors in Waco, Texas, to find a Texas man guilty of continuous trafficking of a person.

Milton Geovany Valle, 45, was sentenced to life in prison for sexually abusing his ex-girlfriend’s daughter for at least three years, according to KWTX-TV.

Valle abused the girl when he was in a relationship with her mother in 2016, and continued to sexually assault the teen in the years following until 2019. The daughter found out she was pregnant from Valle when she was 15 in November 2019, KWTX reported.

During that time, Valle transported the victim to different locations, leading to a conviction of continuous trafficking of persons.

Valle, through a Spanish interpreter, insisted that he was innocent, according to the station.
